you can bind sc_serv to a single IP or ANY IP. you cant have 2 instances of sc_serv running on port 80 with 1 IP address. you will need to assign each instance of sc_serv to its own specific IP address. once you have each instance on its own IP address, you can then bind them all to port 80 if you wish.
