Hi smart people

My service was approved in 2009, and last week (May 2010) I edited some details.
its been one week later and it has not been approved yet, and i have noticed the "last edited" date has not changed.

Last Edited on May 13, 2009
Last Approved on May 13, 2009

I edited my service again today and the "Last edited date" hasn't changed.
is this normal?
Will my service be marked as "to be reviewed" ?
