Thanks for the help...

I didn't realize that was an issue. I knew that certain types of formats have problems transcoding properly, but I didn't know you had to make those kinds of adjustments. I used the NSV Batch converter, but that's all I did with the files (after I installed vp3, vp6, and ffdshow). I assumed that since the NSV's played fine on my machine that they would play fine over the stream.

I can check out the codecs (I think I have something to do that, anyway), but then what adjustments do I have to make to make the transcoding go properly?

<i>Edit</i>: Ooh I think I found it - ffdshow video encoder configuration? (vp6 and vp3 decoders are "Disabled")
