Ctrl+scroll wheel ftw. I can then see 3 digits and part of a fourth at a time on your pic.

Even if I didn't have that trick, I could easily see that post 371 preceded it, meaning this is 373. Even without that, I can still just post "+1" and then edit after seeing my post number. Or, I could look at the Recycle Bin number of replies and add one to check, or two to post new. Extremely easy situation to handle.

I like the idea though, and it was good for it to be the correct number.
