awesome show unless you hate cars, in which case i hate you.

but... let's give this thread a proper point.

do you prefer the road trip specials?
or
do you enjoy the typical episodes more?

personally i like both quite a bit but... i've got to say the road trip specials are much more hilarious to say the least, got to love how hammond and clarkson typically wind up sabotaging james.

it's more the banter back and forth between the three of them that makes the show what it is which is why i didn't lump this in with the US and AUS (horrible, the AUS one, the people who present it just.... i don't really know why now that i think about it. i guess they don't seem to be good enough friends to be at the point of teasing each other quite enough) versions of it.

and even when they're not trying to avoid being literally at each other's throats on a road trip or episode long challenge they even manage to slip in subtle bits of comedy, like how much trouble the stig has figuring out this whole reading a newspaper business or not knowing what to do when his phone rings and instead just blankly looking at it, even the guy who never says a word does a wonderful job being funny when they give him a chance, i wouldn't call him a mime but.... he does it well, you really do believe that all he knows how to do is drive and walk to and from one car or another.

I hate everyone, so you don't have to.
