you literally cannot find two that don't look alike, always the same:
1. mountain bike that's never seen anything but pavement.
2. black dress slacks, pleated usually.
3. white button up "business" shirt.
4. some brightly safety colored helmet, seriously? who the fuck wears a helmet on any bicycle without an engine? mormons, that's who.
as for the whole tactical thing, if bullets cannot be made to come out of at least one end or at the least be stopped from entering one such said end, tactical it is not.
