I'm gonna eat non-charred Turkey. My mom passed on and I always used to have Thanksgiving with her and she always burned the Turkey so bad you need a chain saw. It was dog Christmas!
Still, I think I'd rather eat burned Turkey and have my mom around, but you gotta take it where you can get it.
