So I had been on the waiting list, got the code earlier today and activated it.
I noticed it said I had 3 months and 100 GiB.
I came home, logged on here and that interface seems different, and now it's down to 5 GiB.
Anyways, this is a new PC setup, so I added my mp3s to the library, a small test folder of album-less music about 600MB, and Winamp choked. I waited a bit and saw no upload activity after starting the transfer.
I force quit Winamp, started it up again and this time selected only 4 files to transfer. Seemed to go well until I tried to add songs while it was uploading. The transfer menu (with the 3 radio buttons of what to transfer), which previously showed the 600~ songs now only showed the 4 I was transferring. I hit cancel, and then Winamp crashes, warning me I don't have an email client setup, so that crashlog went nowhere.
It seems the songs I chose not to upload in the small test were automatically added to the exclusion list. That doesn't seem like a good idea.
I'll try to setup an email client, but I'm not sure how to test that.
Windows 8 x64 with 16GB of RAM. Intel Core i7-3770.
Edit: I found the report.zip. I setup Winamp to use an smtp server next time. Where should I email this zip to?
Edit 2:
Also, I will seriously consider throwing money at this, as Amazon's Cloud Player, which I currently pay for is less than satisfactory. It saved me from my hard drive crash last year, but the sheer number of duplicate files makes it a pain to use. The sole presence of this reset button you have shows you understand what makes up a music library.
Look through this thread for an idea of the frustration of users:

When files have a difference checksum, Amazon re-uploads them, but has little regard for replacing the original and offers NO WAY to see a distinction between the two files. No upload date, datestamp, checksum display, ANYTHING. (And that thread was started in August 2011 AND THERE'S STILL NO RESOLUTION)
