Cancer had happened not only to some of our cats, also to some other family members of Frank's and my family. Frank and I have to live with genetic predispositions...
My mother lost her father, when she was 10 (due to heart attack). When she was 14, she lost her mother (due to colon cancer). Her mother and her cousine (they both) died with only 46 years. I am also 46 years now (with severe depressions since many months). Also some family members in Frank's family died due to cancer...
Only less people were able to defeat the cancer, the most people died after weeks, months, years, although they made very much therapies to fight against the cancer...
When we lost my mother's cousine, someone else told me: "Keep her in good remembrance.", and this is one of the good remembrances: September 1985 I visited with her the "Berliner Schlachtensee", a lake in Berlin-Zehlendorf. May 2012 I returned to this lake, and I visited it 3 times (alone)...
