assuming your referring to the online service in Winamp, i've just tried adding it (Winamp 5.64 Windows 7 x64, IE10) and it was added and loaded the beta and classic views without issue.
you will need to provide more information about your setup and what exactly is not working (as your posts is very vague).
though in all honesty, the SHOUTcast TV feature is now essentially unsupported and has minimal content in it anyway (only 80-90 listings at the time of the reply).
