Sorry to hear of this. The only remotely positive thing I can say is it's good that you get to say goodbye... my father passed away very suddenly and left quite a mess for the family. We didn't get to say our goodbyes as he never regained consciousness in the hospital, and it left a very empty feeling for those of us left.
