Privatizing stations and other questions

I was recommended shoutcast by a web developer. We are creating a podcasting website that is subscription based. Shoutcast was was recommended as a player that we can stream onto our site.

My questions are:

1) is there a way to privatize our "station" on shoutcast so that there is no way for people to search for us on Shoutcast?
2) is there a limit on the length that our shows can be or is it a "free flow" broadcast format?
3) is there a way to store our shows on Shoutcast for playback (ie blogtalkradio, podbean, etc)?
4) is there a "branding" sound clip that automatically plays at when someone opens a show?
5) can we play multiple shows at one time or is it a single file format?

I'm sorry if these seem like general questions, but I'm trying to get all my ducks ion a row and this seems like the easiest way to do so. Thank you
