I'm still running an old skul. It's smoked a lot of speakers over the yrs. I dunno... a stereo with 7 channels and optical inputs... would it really sound better?

Like Winamp was the greatest media player of it's era, this was just about the most brutal receiver you could buy in 1994. 150 watt/chan 0.09% THD. This bastard is a speaker smoker because if you've had a couple too many beers.... you can go to about 300 if you don't mind burned speakers.

But it's either ready for a retire or a rebuild too.

I don't know if it ever whipped a llama's ass, but it sure made it's butt pucker... Actually has broken windows.,. It has some half way decent polk towers I picked up a few years ago when I was still living in America instead of Obamistan.
