You can't have AMP! A registered trademark of Playsystems Inc. What part of you can't have AMP a registered trademark of ......... are we having trouble understanding...???

If you start a new board and it has AMP anything it's gonna be creamed. You can call it son of a bitch. You can call it sonobitchbroadcasters. You can call it a yellow turd, You can't call it AMP. AMP is a registered trademark. I'm sure the photocopies of C&D letters are already flying.

WinAMP paid Playsystems for the AMP in Winamp. They don't own AMP. They can't vacate AMP. Playsystems has it's own AMP products.

I don't care about any assurances about some mythical place where a "community site" doesn't piss off trademark owners. Considering I send about 60TB/mo to the community at large.......

The only thing I can see between anybody and a C&D letter is if the "community site" was so feeble it didn't work.

Nobody is just gonna let you stand by and let you grab "branding" worth $20 million and not bitch children....

OR I ALREADY WOULD HAVE!!!!!!!!!

I can and would host this. Then I'd get a C&D and since the web was built on legal sand... then what?

We sure as hell don't want to do this more than once?

Or am I crazy ROH?
