Sorry to those that are downloading skins, plugins and etc from winamp.com but, I believe no-one has given out their explicit permission to download and repost on another site. I for one have not been asked...
The skins submitted to winamp are the skinners property along with a generally applied Copyleft - Freedom 0 Application. My skins for example are a Freedom 3
