there were some access issues with Panasonic TVs a week or two back now, but in general, channels just stopping (if playing at the time) is going to be down to the connection between you and the station at the time or could even be down to the TVs software and is really not something SHOUTcast has any control over (we just provide the platform to allow for finding stations and for devices like Panasonic TVs to be able to access things).
search failures could be a SHOUTcast issue though without knowing the searches involved, it could just be there is legitimately no match at the time which is why you'd get no results. since the Directory changes continuously and depending on the search, it may get a result or it may not depending on how Panasonic have implemented things against the SHOUTcast API.
