I spoke with him, John Blias, last during the Christmas holiday and he gave me no indication that he was leaving Shoutcast during our 20 min. phone call. I only found out he left when I sent him an email a few days ago, and it was auto-replied to with a message that he's no longer with Shoutcast. I simply know this, things go unanswered by the rest of the staff at Shoutcast, and my payments have been delayed for months without a person like John Blias to advocate for us. I'm hopeful they fill his position quickly with someone that is as friendly, and as easy to talk with as John B. was.

I'm awaiting an email response to these questions myself from the team. It's been 3 days, no reply as yet.
