Adding a little clarification to joebloggscity suggestion...
Winamp adds the album/cover art to the folder containing the album or media files. Mp3tag is a tag editor that will let you embed album/cover art to the media file (or files) it self. Winamp is capable of reading embed album/cover art tags.
