So what you're saying is that the files open & stream
in an embedded RealPlayer plugin in the IE browser?
If so, you're going to have to edit the Windows Registry to fix it.
That's all we need, a huge bug in the Real Uninstaller . . .
as if their player isn't full of bugs & enough crap already....

Usually, it's QuickTime5 which causes this problem.
Read all about it here:

Basically, remove all subkeys/references to MP3, MP2, MP1, MPEG, etc. in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Plugins\Extension

And remove all subkeys/references to MIME types:
audio/mpeg | video/mpeg | audio/x-mpeg | audio/mp3 | audio/m3u | etc. in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Plugins\MIME

Further help :

btw, you can copy & paste the stream url into Winamp's
open/add location box instead if you want (as a workaround).

Rt click url -> copy shortcut
In Winamp, Open url = Ctrl+L
Add url to end of current playlist = Add button -> url
Ctrl+V = paste

Or just drag+drop the url straight into the Winamp playlist.

Hope this helps...
Good luck!
