They are trying not to lately. IOS and Android can swap a lot of code verbatim. They share a browser that is mostly html5 compliant so menus and stuff can be rendered agnostic.

Winamp looks like a pretty normal app on Android. Looks like jquery buttons and a media player. Most of that would just run on the Windows platform. I can't think it would be a giant project.

What I don't know is if the 3 people that bought a Windows phone make it worth it?
