Make your way to the "revenues" section in your RMO panel. An estimate for that amount of listeners could from zero to hero, depending on several variables like:
-- Country. If all your listeners come from, for example, China, you get nothing. China is not in the list of countries that get advertisements.
-- Ads frequency. If you play 2 ad placeholders per hour, you may get less chances to score a spot in the pool than playing 5 ad spaces.
-- CPM. If your audience is widespread among the world, it's likely that you'll get a different CPM for each country.

All in all, the RMO control panel will give you a pretty close approximate on what you make across listeners, countries, and ad-placement. That's where you should go for an accurate answer.
