Unfortunately Jaap I don't think this is possible because of how Micro$oft made its internet sharing. Basically it will ONLY do browser proxying.
You need to use some other software such as Wingate to map ports in the way you'd need.
Or why not install the shoutcast server on your 1st pc, and then use the second to broadcast to the first. This doesn't need any firewall settings, as it just uses your regular lan.
