Reading CCleaner's changelog, there has only been support in CCleaner for Winamp since September 2010. And it is debatable if this is something useful to clean up. Many people who use Winamp likes the fact it remembers the "last played" times. In this case, I assume CCleaner is trying to hide Pr0n tracks, etc.

Quote:
v2.36.1233 (27 Sep 2010)

- Added support for Paint Shop Pro X3, VLC Media Player, MediaMonkey, Winamp, Malwarebytes Anti Malware, Avast! Antivirus and WinPatrol.
Remember - CCleaner is an automated tool trying to cover a lot of tasks. Which is why it needs to be configured slightly to take away its "extreme paranoia" default.
