If not that, "ghost" images of Winamp windows can be caused by a desktop enhancer or screen manager (examples: YzShadow here or here | ShoveIt or nView). .Are you using some type of a desktop enhancer or screen manager application? Either add Winamp to the apps's exclude list (if there is one) or disable the app.
