you need to have a DNAS to connect to, be it one you've setup or one that you're using via hosting service. from what you've put, it sounds like this is not something you have... ?
as without a DNAS, the Source DSP will have nothing to connect to once you enter the correct details from the DNAS into the Source DSP's configuration (which is where the password would come from).
