How to read SHOUTcast log files

What's the best way to read SHOUTcast log files? I'm shutting down my V1 relay, but am still finding lots of listeners on it. I contacted iTunes Internet Radio, Simple Radio, and many other webdirectories, got confirmation, tested, and put the new V2 relay in all my PLS, ASX, etc. files. What clues are there in this code:
