{cd3afa76-b84f-48f0-9393-7edc34128127} is actually the clsid for Windows Media Player, not Winamp. But yeah, simply removing the relevant clsid key will fix the problem. I've attached a .reg file to do just that (unzip mp3regfix.reg from the zip and double click it to merge with the registry).
Note: The regfix is for Win 2k/XP/2003 only, not 9x/ME
If any Win 9x/ME users need an auto reg fix, just let me know here.
