it a whole lot easier to just have a program that removes the ads in the first place
winamp themselves cant remove the ads since they are supported by aol (tm) which is who makes most of the ads in the first place
now to remove them you can either use the host file edit or if you have a security suite you can block them from there but dont wait around for winamp to remove the ads themselves
