Ok this thread can be locked because PRSS has answered my question. In 2021 Radio LUFS must be:

Loudness Standard: ITU BS.1770-3
Target Loudness: -24
Tolerance: -2
Max True Peak Level: -2 dbTP
Look-Ahead Time: 12ms
Release Time: 200 ms

Using Adobe Audition's Match Loudness (which you can find under the menu option Windows).
