nope, due to how output plug-ins are handled you have to fully close Winamp to be able to either delete or rename it to .off so Winamp won't then try to use it again. changing the output plug-in whilst Winamp is running will work once playback is restarted (but the plug-in is still loaded in the Winamp process - output plug-ins don't support the uninstall without rebooting option sadly).
