Skins / Plugin Edit Submissions Finally Fixed (round 2 -- I mean it this time)

So we had a false start on this a few weeks back -- apologies for any additional frustration that caused.

However, I'm now providing a personal credibility guarantee that the ability to submit edits to existing skins & plugins is now 100% functional.

Please resubmit any updates at will and the staff reviewers will be able to approve them on the backend, and any text /image / file changes will be reflected on winamp.com after the approval (give or take an hour -- sometimes depends on cache clearing expiration times)

whats the max upload size for a plugin?
cause i wan't to submit an NSIS installer for
Milkdrop Presets/Textures.

hosted currently on Sourceforge

but it's about 47MB can i upload it?
i've read s.th. about a limit of 15MB...
