I wouldn't have taught any of these dogs to do this, unless they were specifically being trained as security animals.

This training does make them unsuitable for being house pets. I give Daisy, my rotty, teddy bears, and have trained her not to tear them up.

Nevertheless, you can go the other way. You can see why I didn't.

Rottweilers are not guard dogs, they are bred to herd cattle and bulls.

Actually, when I got Daisy out of the dog pound, it was because I knew someone could easily turn her into a bad dog.

I wasn't really looking for a rotty, but I knew they could be a really nice house dog, if properly handled.
