Reply: Error ripping track #1: can't open destination file

1. Upgrade to Winamp 5.05

Done

2. Copy & paste the text from the following input boxes here:

Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> CD Ripping > Output File Settings tab:

Specify destination folder = E:\Ricci\My Music
Specify naming convention = <Artist> - <Title> - \ <Year> - <Album>

Also include settings in the Encoder tab (encoder used, bitrate/quality, etc).

MP3 Encoder Version 1.2
CBR - 192kbps - Normal

Please also include all relevant system specs
(cpu, ram, mobo, cd-rom, windows os, directx)
P4 2.6 Ghz, 512MB DDR, Pioneer DVD-Writer + LG CD Writer (F: & G: ), Windows XP Pro SP1, Directx 9

(Have also included startuplist.txt)

Apart from that...

From the Troubleshooters sticky:

Error ripping track #1: Can't open decoder - Aborting...
http://forums.winamp.com/showthread...065#post1223065

...which is similar, but not quite the same, heh.

Yeah have tried that solution with no joy.
