OK,

I think I may have found the culprit after much trial and error and uninstalling programs etc..

I had BitDefender (free antivirus) software running on my machine, which once I uninstalled I was able to connect to all of my streams. So it must of been blocking the ports.

I've now re-installed the Windows updates, including 'Windows 10 Fall Creators Update'
and it all seems to still be streaming OK, so it looks probable that my first assuptions
where incorrect that it was this update that was causing the problem.

I am currently still testing to make sure the blocking does not start happening again,
but fingers crossed I have it all sorted now!


I will post back later to give an update, after I've tested some more.
