Well, if you already have VAC installed then I think definitely yes, you can use LiveWire+VAC to accept Skype calls. The key to accepting Skype or any kind of calls is audio isolation. VAC provides that isolation and so does LiveWire's built-in Bypass module. I'll have to run some experiments to see if I can get a LiveWire+VAC+Skype thingy going and post a video, hopefully today.
