I have the same problem and I tried the solution of installing it to the All Users folder and it still didn't work. I ended up just using the NTFS permissions to give that user access to read/write to the folder. The only problem I have is that I also have another user with the same problem but they are not using NTFS?? How do I give that person the ability to read/write to the folder when I don't have that option?

Thanks for any help.
