Using "Winamp Modern" skin menus
(if you're using some other modern skin, then the menus might be slightly different)
Main window > config drawer > options tab
Notifications > Never show
Winamp > Main menu (left click on top left corner icon, or rt click on any gray-space)
Options > Winamp Modern > Notifications > never show
Prefs (Ctrl+P) > Modern skins > Curent Skin tab > Skin Options Menu > Notifications > never show
