Registration Key problems

I placed an order for WinAmp Pro 5 from the WinAmp website and paid by credit card. I then received my confirmation email which shows that I have paid, but the field for the registration key was blank. The key lookup web page also shows no key number.

The online store sent me to WinAmp support. I have sent WinAmp support at least 14 emails thus far with clear explanations of the problem and appeals for help, but all I get as an answer is the boilerplate response to check my confirmation email and/or the lookup web page for my registration key. They cannot seem to understand that that is precisely what I am doing.

In my last attempt, I sent a copy of confirmation email to clearly show the problem. The boilerplate response (from a robot named Larry) was to check my confirmation email for the registration key. Then I gave up.

I don't believe that real people work at WinAmp support. It must be an automated response system looking for key words. I did receive a phone number from the online store (1-866-WINAMP5) which turned out to be AOL support. They knew nothing of WinAmp and had never even heard of it.

Can someone at WinAmp please help me?

Having paid by card about 20 mins ago the info below apeared on screen. (I have removed my personal data)

I have recieved no e-mail confirmation and as you can see it says the registration info is "Not Available". Reading the response you have had from support is worrying. can anyone advise?? Is there a contact Telephone number for winamp as my Winamp remains annoyingly UNREGISTERED!!!

Finally the reg key is showing under my account on the winamp website. Why it took so long i do not know but I am registered and up and running now!!!

ok i have same problem paid, by credit card, serial number not available, no email, click on contact customer service page, is just a blank screen. Try to look up account details get this message

Same all story as the rest I think.. am I missing anything.. only my serial number

It seems Winamp is still having problems keeping its customers happy. I have purchased Winamp Pro by Credit Card, the payment appears on my statement. My Registration Key is "Not Available" I have not received an email from Winamp giving my Registration Key and the facility on the site just says it is Not Available.

Emailing jonathan@winamp.com or their technical support produces nothing.

So how do I wake up the people at this outfit and actually get them to reply.

I have been using Winamp for many years...I bought it online...I recently upgraded my OS to Win 7...when I reinstalled Winamp and inserted my registration key into the program, it tells me that it an invalid reg. key...I have been using this number for years...why will it not work now...
