Do You Notice a Trend?

I was just in the Winamp3 Bug Report forums and I noticed something. A large majority of the people who are bashing Winamp3 are junior members. I found this a little odd, but then I thought about it for a sec. It hit me that many of these junior members are quite likely relatively new to Winamp and don't have a solid understanding of what it takes to write software. Is it just me, or does anyone else notice that as well.

If life calls and you're busy, let the answering machine pick-up.

Just so you know, my previous avatar was NOT a swastika, nor did it have much similarity to one. Just thought I'd clear that up since I cannot use my own original art work.

Exactly the reason why they anger me.

I became a junior member to fight this idiocy. Now look at me

i believe the majority of them are junior members because they are registering solely for the purpose of complaining. luckily we probably won't see them much after they get their answer.

I think triGEAR is right. My feeling is that the lame posts will decline with time because: (a) the novelty/high expectations of a new product will have worn off, and (b) newer versions will address some of the issues people are having.

I'm not a junior member and I don't really care for wa3... I appreciate the hard work that went into it, but I'll continue to use wa2 because IMHO there isn't anything they could add to it to make it any better.

I downloaded 3 and found that after I deleted all the stuff I didn't want it was essentially the same thing as 2, without the familiar box-shape...

For me winamp 2.80 is the perfect music player.

I actually became a member (the same day WA3 came out), cuz I wanted to be part of the new Winamp3-Era. But.. on the other hand... I haven't been complaining at all, so I guess I'm not the enemy

I miss the winamp 2 icons
It's irritating to look at a screen full of winamp3 icons. I'm probably alone but oh well.

i am a junior member also, but I think Winamp3 works just swell.........maybe most people dont understand that this build of WA3 isnt the last version of WA that will ever exist....i think some people just need to be reminded that they will be making improvemnts, and some of those possibly are based on what users say

Ok I became a junior member becase I honestly didn't know shit about the playlist( like renaming, etc). But now it's all cool, I never biched about it or anything like that. It's the most used program I have on my computer. I use both winamp 2 & 3. Winamp is just way sexah.

That sig is a picture from Dogma and someone, I can't remember who either had it as their avatar or still does have it as their avatar.
