Shoutcast DSP Plug-in

When I`m installing Shoutcast DSP Plug-in, I can`t continue installing because it says that I`m able to proceed when it detects winamp

Do you have Winamp 2.X installed?

I had Winamp 3 and I uninstall and install winamp 2.81!!
