Setup of SHOUTcast server

ok - i have winamp3 and dl'ed the most recent shoutcast server ... but when i start up the GUI sc_serv.exe, it says no source ... i goto shoutcast.com to dl the DSP plugin but its obviously for winamp 1.82 or somthin like that - ive looked through the config file numerous times, un-commented the optional BS's and set the intro file and the source dir - tried a file, playlist, evey kind and still cant ge tit to work - i dunno what is wrong if u guys can help that'd be great
