I think I disable the lyrics for accident and I don't know how to enable it!!

Can you help me?

Try looking in the plugins section of winamp...

With winamp the active application...
ctrl+p -> plug-ins

See if there is a lyric plugin that needs to be activated.

I have another doubt!!

When I switch to soundcard input to talk on the mic, do I have to hit the "push to talk" button even if I want to talk between the musics?

Or I can talk on the mic just switching to soundcard input and enabling the microphone in the volume control?
