I have a cable modem and I have one doubt:
Which bitrate is the more appropriated to my type of connection?

Take your upload bandwidth from here: http://www.dslreports.com/stest
and use it here: http://www.casterclub.com/bw_calc.ph...le%20Bandwidth
to determine the number of users you can support at various bitrates.
