No one can connect to my server

I have my computer setup as shoutcast server and dsp plugin(DJing myself). Everything is set up right but when someone tries to connect to the server they time out. Can anyone help me.

Ok i feel like an idiot i figured out my problem

When i was giving people the address i neclected to mention the port number along with the address so it was 129.44.189.136. Instead of 129.44.189.136:8000. Oh well I'm a Metal Rock station Check me out i'm open all the time now.
