more specifics...
Are you wanting to run 2 servers on the same computer, or do you just want to use a different port?

depends, if this other server you are talking about is a shoutcast server, has the person running it relay your server on port 2400.
to use port 2400, you'll need to edit the sc_serv.ini (windows) or sc_serv.conf (linux or unix) the portbase= option is near the top, the second option i believe. |

Please don't bother me with PM's if you're going to post the same questions here.
Did you check out the Sticky post titled... SHOUTcast: Important Info & Answers to FAQs. READ ME! Scroll down a bit and look for the section titled... 1. How to Setup a Live Audio Stream -> How to set up an Internet Radio station 2. How to Setup a Live Audio Stream -> 15 Steps to setting up SHOUTcast Since it appears that you are connecting to a remotely hosted DNAS... The second post is more helpful. Quote:
For step 8, use 2400 I can understand that you might be frustrated, but you have to be patient. Posting the same help (including PM's) isn't going to get results faster. In fact, it might have the opposite effect. |
