Help-How Can I broadcast at 16kbs????

It's not available in my SC_DSP version. I want to be
able to use my old codec. Is there some place I
can download an older version of the ShouCast DSP
or patch the current one? I don't want to use Odd Cast
It seems to have a bug converting stereo to mono
