Multiple Servers to choose from in the Winamp Playlist Screen

Ok, I went to the shoutcast website, and then clicked on the Techno one... you know the one that's always first lol? Anyways, it opened, and in the playlist, you could click on like 5 or 6 different streams to choose from, now on mine, you can only click on one, and when I put up like 3 servers, you can still only click on one... What I'm asking is, how do I get it on my server so you can choose from different servers on the playlist?? Also, I've already tried that Multi-bitrate Streams thing, it just does the same thing... so please help me!

Fester, i made the text file and saved it as playlist.php

[playlist]
NumberOfEntries=3
File1=66.226.212.47:8080
Title1=AlphaTrance
Length1=-1
File2=66.111.45.31:8080
Title2=AlphaTrance
Length2=-1
File3=128.239.219.241:8000
Title3=AlphaTrance

now what do I do with it?

1. Use .pls extension (Winamp is associated with .pls

)
2. Link to it.

http://yourDNASip:yourDNASport/yourPLAYLIST.pls

I meant to say .pls

I wasn't sure how to form the url with playlist.
