how to config ip address

i have a server running off my computer. my computer is on a network.. how would i go on giving out a address to other people

like my computer is 192.168.0.1** on the local network, i'm using a earthlink isp.

nevermind.. fixed it

jus had to set the dmz in my router

Actually i'm having the same problem here... I tried to set a dmz in my router but the IP kept coming back and it wouldent let me, i'm running this server over my comp i'm on now and i cant get it to work. Oh and do i use my router IP or my PC Ip for the Url on connecting to it to listen?
