Stop crossfading!
Hm... hello. Sorry if this topic has been discussed before.
Well, my problem is the following: I have the crossfader plugin and I want to disable it, but I don't seem to find a way. So how can I get rid of the crossfading? I'm using Winamp 2.81 with the SHOUTcast DSP 1.8.2b. And Nullsoft Crossfading Output v0.95 (x86) (experimental) I have to disable that. It annoys me to DJ with that. |

Did you look at Options/Preferences/Output on your Winamp?

Simply select a different output plugin (i.e. click on Direct Sound or WaveOut). The change will take effect at the start of the next song, however it should be noted that output plugins have no effect on the broadcast since the DSP picks it up before it makes its way to the output.
[edit]Assuming you have Winamp set as the input the last sentence is true, otherwise it will pick up the crossfade.[/edit] Tom |
