I gots a coup de questions

ok so first I am very impressed... last night I decided to setup a shoutcast server... to make a short story short I had it setup in about 10 mins. today at work I was groving to MY tracks. so this is my first question.
1. I read the forum on multi bitrate streams... tis cool but is it possible for me to host multi streams w/ different content?? can this be done with one server?

2. I'd also like to be able to direct someone to specific files from a website hotchson how would I do this?? and what if it is a file that is being streamed?? will that affect the track??
